Automatic Uncooked Rice Water Bowl Filling and Sealing Machine is a specialized food packaging system designed to pack raw rice mixed with water into ready-to-cook bowls—commonly used in instant rice, self-heating meal kits, or convenience food applications.
⚙️ Working Principle
Bowl Denesting
Automatic denester separates and drops empty plastic or paper bowls onto the mould.
Rice Dosing
A volumetric cup filler or multi-head weigher dispenses a precise quantity of uncooked rice into each bowl.
Water Filling
A liquid gravity filler adds the required amount of clean water or pre-seasoned liquid.
Optional Additions
Flavor sachets, dehydrated vegetables, or oil can be dosed if the product is for self-heating meal sets.
Film Sealing
A heat-sealing station applies a pre-cut or roll film lid (PP, PET, or laminated foil) to the bowl under controlled temperature and pressure.
Date Coding & Discharge
Inkjet or thermal printers print production info; finished bowls are ejected to the conveyor for cartoning or shrink wrapping.
